End of year award

This award is voted on by the Captain and Fleet Captains and is given to the Lassie who demonstrates the most tenacity, perseverance, and determination in her quest to be a sailor.

 

It is less about skill and more about having a positive attitude, showing an ability to laugh at oneself and being good natured in the face of setbacks.
